Swimmers in 4 Willow and 5 Oak update.

A wonderful session today with three children, who could not swim last week, having the confidence to swim without any aids today.Well done to everyone, a brilliant effort by all.


6 Oak have been been working on finding nets of shapes. We have made our own cuboid and cube and seen how each side fits together. We had a go at drawing our own net and visualising which net is correct.

Science Day

Last week, 6 Oak took part in an investigation to see which biscuit was the best to dunk in tea. The class worked in groups to plan and carry out the investigation.

Best party ever?!

What a term! Maple and Oak let their hair down at possibly the best party in the world! Great term everyone.

6 Oak are spreading their reading talent and have read to Year 2 children.

In 6 Oak we are practicing are performance reading. The children have prepared questions about their book and have rehearsed reading it so they can engage the younger children.

Egyptian Dance

6 Oak have performed a dance showing what life was like working on the River Nile. They thought about their body shapes, timings, rhythm and working with partners.

Christmas Dinner Day.

A great time was had by all on Christmas Dinner day. With a big thank you to the ladies in the kitchen for all their hard work over the year. Even the youngest member wore her festive outfit.

Year 5 and 6 netball match
