To go with our soup, we made Greek bread. We added most of the flour to yeast, sugar, and salt.We put our mixtures into a warm place to ‘prove’ for 15 minutes. We then added the rest of the flour and oil. We kneaded the bread mixture for 10 minutes then covered it with a cloth to prove over lunch time. They had doubled in size!!!!!! We then split the dough in two, kneaded it and made our bread shape. It was proved on a baking tray a final time before being baked in the oven. Delicious…..
