Session involved lots of fun practical activities including balancing out a huge plank with our own collective body weight distribution!

Looking forward to our last full day here at Kingswood. We started the day with Jacob’s Ladder and I think the picture say it all. Gulp!

We finished our day with a campfire before heading off for our nightcap of delicious warming hot chocolate.
