Enterprise Week

Today the children are working hard on their business enterprises, the car wash is seeing a steady stream of customers.  They have even put Mr Channa to work!!

Enterprise Week

It’s the first day of our Enterprise Week, Oak and Maple classes are working hard getting the tuck shop and cake decorating set up.      

Buddy groups

We have had a lot of fun on treat Friday this afternoon. We have been working in our buddy groups on lots of different activities. The children have all worked really hard and behaved impeccably!                             

Buddy Groups

On Wednesday afternoon the children did some Easter activities in the afternoon in their buddy groups. We all had an Easter egg hunt and then designed our own Easter eggs in our groups. The children worked really hard and had a lot of fun!                      

Year 5 Computing

Last week Mr Perry and Mr Green worked with all the year 5s, learning what makes a computer work. We discussed the main components and then the children set to a pile of old and broken PCs, trying to find the parts we discussed and seeing how a computer is (dis)assembled.

Design Technology

In Maple we have been working on a design brief to make a World War II plane as part of our topic. We collected information about our chosen plane and added some pictures. We then drew a side, front and overhead view on graph paper. >

Across the Fields

Across the Fields, sung by key stage 2 in our singing lessons. The second half is sung as a round.
