In 5 Maple we studied the painting ‘A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of Grande Jatte’ by Georges-Pierre Seurat. We designed and painted our own compositions based around water and relaxation. As part of our English writing we produced short biographies on the artist.

A Taste of India

Our assembly on Friday was a brilliant insight to the Country of India. The presentation gave us views of their culture, buildings and family celebrations. Some lucky classes received some tasty treats to try and all the children received a sweet. Many thanks to the Odedaras.
