Christmas Dinner Day.

A great time was had by all on Christmas Dinner day. With a big thank you to the ladies in the kitchen for all their hard work over the year. Even the youngest member wore her festive outfit.

Year 3 and 4 Football Festival

25.08.18 Year 3 and 4 children took part in a football festival, which was great fun. The children played exceptionally well and placed joint second! We played against both Boxmoore and Holtsmere End. We are extremely proud of the children! 🙂

Buddy groups

We have had a lot of fun on treat Friday this afternoon. We have been working in our buddy groups on lots of different activities. The children have all worked really hard and behaved impeccably!                             

Insulators and conductors

Hawthorn have been continuing their investigations into electricity. Today they have devised an experiment to test which materials are conductors and which are insulators.     

Switches

Today, Hawthorn have been learning about electricity. We have modelled how electricity flows using tennis balls as electrons.
